Jim Naughten's 'Re-enactors' at the HotShoe Gallery

What an exciting event! Not only is it a great project and exhibition but it's in a brand, spanking, new gallery space at HotShoe, alongside their editorial offices.The whole team is so excited and passionate about this new enterprise, it's catching.
And, as for Jim Naughten's 'Re-enactors', well, the article in the magazine expresses it better than I ever could (so read it!). What struck me most, though, was a/ the amazing attention to detail of the Re-enactors (Pedantry? OCD? Fanaticism?) and b/ what a brilliant idea it was to approach this as fine art and not documentary - the viewer is left free to imagine who and why, rather than have it supplied for them.
